Who is Heart & Home Care for?
The launch is focused on non-medical in-home support for older adults and adults with disabilities in Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo Counties. Care needs, service scope, and availability must be reviewed individually.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Santa Maria, San Luis Obispo County, Santa Barbara County, and surrounding Central Coast communities.
What is the difference between home care and home health?
Home care focuses on help with daily activities and companionship. Home health involves clinical services from qualified health professionals. This prototype describes non-medical support and does not offer skilled nursing or medical treatment.
Can I use private pay?
Private pay is part of the launch plan. Your care needs, schedule, rates, minimum visit length, and written payment terms should be reviewed before services begin. Rates are not finalized in this prototype.
Is insurance accepted?
Insurance payment is part of the intake, but specific insurers, policy eligibility, and direct billing arrangements have not been confirmed. Ask your insurer whether your policy covers non-medical in-home care and what documentation it requires. Do not assume coverage or reimbursement.
